A native Calgarian and graduate of the University of Calgary MBA program, with majors in Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurialism, Warren began his career in the investment industry in 2000. He joined TD Waterhouse as an Investment Advisor in 2002. Warren and his team, the Andrukow Wealth Management Group (AWMG), joined RBC Dominion Securities in November 2014 in order to better serve their clients’ holistic wealth management needs. Warren advocates a globally-diversified, evidence-based investment approach, which has stood the test of time. Warren is married to Shannon and they have two children, Will and Kaye, and the family dog, Bear. In his spare time, Warren enjoys an active lifestyle including water skiing, playing hockey and lacrosse. Warren is a coach for his son’s hockey and lacrosse teams, and struggles to keep up with his daughter in the swimming pool.

Blaine Cameron, MBA, CPA

A graduate in Finance from the University of Calgary MBA program, Blaine also holds a Certified Management Accounting designation. Analytical and results-oriented, Blaine has worked in a variety of accounting and finance roles for over fifteen years with a number of public and private companies, including Canadian Airlines, Pepsi, Money stream, and TD Waterhouse. His strong analytical experience and skills complement the integrated wealth management services offered to our client base. Blaine’s key responsibilities include the development and implementation of AWMG’s investment strategies, the daily management of client portfolios, including monitoring risk and account rebalancing, and the ongoing review and reporting needs of our clients. Blaine is married to his wife Annie, they have one son Declan. When Blaine is not chasing after Declan he enjoys cycling, relaxing outdoors, and wood working.

Fraser Gamble, B.Ed, MA

A native Calgarian and graduate of McGill University, Fraser joined AWMG following 25 years in the aviation industry, including 15 years with STARS (Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society). Fraser’s roles at STARS included operational helicopter pilot, training and Transport Canada testing pilot, as well as a three-year term as the Director of Aviation. Notably, he was directly involved in the $25 million acquisition of STARS’ new AW 139 helicopters. Fraser’s passion for aviation is paralleled by his enthusiasm and experience in Finance, which has included managing a $15 million budget with STARS, several real estate interests, as well as various public and private investments. As a contributing member of AWMG’s success, Fraser’s focus is on business development. Fraser is married to Mardelle and they have two daughters, Kaiya and Angelina. In his spare time, Fraser enjoys an active lifestyle, and continues to fly part time as a Captain at STARS.

Maryann Schaefer-Roberts

Maryann joined RBC DS in 2015, after assisting with AWMG’s transition to RBC DS. Prior to starting at RBC, Maryann worked in Victoria, BC at West Shore Parks and Recreation for 7 years in various roles. Maryann worked part-time while attending university where she obtained her BBA with a major in accounting. Maryann acts as the office co-manager with AWMG, which includes supporting our team with administrative duties in the management of each client’s investment portfolio. Her responsibilities include opening accounts, facilitating transfers, processing contributions and deposits, issuing withdrawals and cheque requests, portfolio trading and rebalancing, as well as the management and coordination of our client calendar, newsletter, client events, and meeting schedule. In their spare time Maryann and her fiancé, Blair, try their best to keep up with their toddler, Bryce. 

Jean Ogloff

Born and raised in British Columbia, Jean moved to Calgary in 2015 after completing a Bachelor of Management degree, with a major in Accounting, at the University of British Columbia. Shortly after graduation, Jean started an internship for new-graduates at RBC where she spent one year in the retail banking industry. Her internship included working for six months at the Northland RBC branch, followed by three months as an Analyst at Junior Achievement, which is a charity that RBC supports. Jean wound up her internship with a three month project while working at RBC's Calgary head office. Upon completion of her internship, Jean joined RBC DS as an Associate on our team. Jean now acts as the office co-manager with AWMG, and supports our team with anything client service related, as well as wealth management. In her spare time, Jean and her husband, Brendan, enjoy cooking, traveling, and exploring the mountains.
