Rebecca obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 2009 and was awarded the program medal for highest standing in her degree program. She went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2012 and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2013. Rebecca is a member of the Law Society of Manitoba.

Prior to joining RBC, Rebecca was in private practice in Winnipeg and practiced primarily in the areas of estate planning, incapacity planning, estate administration, real estate conveyance, and commercial law.

Dustin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), has completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba with a major in Accounting.

In his previous role as a tax manager at one of the major global accounting firms, Dustin specialized in providing tax planning services to high-net-worth individuals, private corporations, owner-managed businesses, estates, trusts and partnerships. His work focused on tax minimization strategies, reorganizations, and succession planning.

Dustin’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting your Compass Financial Plan and to identify and assess any related financial planning concerns you may have.

As a Senior Trust Advisor, Daryl Lindsay is responsible for managing a complex book of accounts, working with individuals, families and businesses to provide customized estate, trust and incapacity solutions. He has been serving clients throughout Manitoba, Southern Saskatchewan and Northwestern Ontario for more than seven years. Whether it is helping someone to settle an estate, establishing a trust to ensure the successful 
transfer of family assets, or arranging to assist with the administration and responsibilities for a power of attorney, Daryl can help. 
A graduate of TAFE – University of Southern Sydney with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Daryl has continued to deepen his knowledge with key industry designations including the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) and the Accredited Derivative Advisor (ADA) designations and, most recently, the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation, which affords 
him membership in the Association of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). 
Daryl is well known within the local estate and trust industry and delivers well-balanced advice by staying abreast of product, industry, investment, tax and legislative developments. With a career focused on building client relationships, he is dedicated to providing assistance in the preservation, management and transfer of wealth between generations by providing 
solutions to implement clients’ estate and trust plans.

With 20 years of experience within the financial services industry, ongoing completion of her Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation, Danielle brings the expertise required to provide specialized advice that will optimize the benefits to you and your employees. Working directly with you, your HR department or your payroll personnel, Danielle will build a tailored solution that meets the goals and objectives of your organization as well as the needs of your employees. Once Danielle understands your specific requirements to customize your company’s Group Savings program solution, she will support and guide you through the development and implementation process.

As a Premier Banking Advisor for the Greater Winnipeg Region, Lori works as a single point of contact providing banking and credit solutions for select high net worth individuals and their families. Acting as a single point of contact, she provides personalized service, and tailored advice to efficiently manage clients' day-to-day banking needs.

Lori has been with RBC for 33 years, with extensive experience in our Retail Banking Network. Prior to her current role, Lori worked as a Financial Advisor within the Winnipeg Region, providing personalized financial advice and credit solutions for all personal and business banking clients. Lori provides exceptional customer service and focuses on building strong client relationships.

Lori is committed to giving back to her community, and volunteers with numerous local charities within her community. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Lori is married and has two adult sons. She enjoys skiing, hiking, kayaking , and spending time with family and friends.

She has worked in the financial industry for over 35 years and brings her passion, insight and specialized approach to create an elevated service experience ensuring wealth management clients day to day banking needs are being met.

Prior to her current position, she worked as an Associate, Credit Structures in Private Banking, with a focus on relationship management and implementing credit and lending solutions for high-net-worth clients.

Wanda is committed to giving back to her community, as she volunteers with a variety of charitable organizations. She is married with two young adults who are in University. She enjoys cycling, hiking and loves getting outdoors throughout all four seasons.
