We provide discretionary portfolio management through Private Investment Management (PIM), wherein our team takes an active position at investing your portfolio – allowing you to delegate the day-to-day decisions for managing your wealth, while we act as Portfolio Managers – rather than stockbrokers.
Our investment philosophy is based on bottom-up investment process driven by high dividend- paying stocks. Our portfolios must maintain an asset allocation among equities, fixed-income, cash and cash equivalents and alternative investments, as per each your unique investment goals and preferences as outlined in your individual Investment Policy Statement (IPS).
Our fixed-income portfolios are extremely well-diversified (between 10 and 20 issues) and consist of an overall quality rating of “A” or better. Fixed-income holdings will consist of federal, supranational, corporate and provincial issues.
