Being there for clients through life’s big events: starting school, buying a home, having a child, or even the challenge of settling a loved one’s estate, has motivated Kim throughout her years in the industry. She started in financial services in 2004, gaining branch experience in such positions as Personal Banking Officer and Manager Customer Service, before joining RBC Dominion Securities in 2016.
Kim uses her detail-oriented nature with organizational and service skills to address client requests, prepare documentation, create efficiencies, and expertly manage the team’s procedures. Clients appreciate her honesty and transparency, shining personality, and willingness to assist them with whatever they need.
Kim has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), and Wealth Management Essentials (WME) courses. Kim loves spending time with her husband Mike, cheering on her daughter Ellie’s hockey and soccer teams, and adores their dachshunds Ginny and Walter. You can often find Kim baking up a storm in the kitchen or playing volleyball and running. Kim is passionate about giving back to her community and regularly volunteers with a variety of local organizations.
