Mona-Lisa is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and has a Bachelor in Business Administration (Major in Accounting) from Université de Moncton. Mona-Lisa has completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course. She also holds the Financial Planner designation from the Quebec Institute of Financial Planners (IQPF) and the Certified Financial Planner® designation from the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC).
Prior to joining RBC, Mona-Lisa was employed as a Tax Manager at one of the world’s leading accounting firms. She specialized in providing personal, corporate, and estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals and their owner-managed entities.
Mona-Lisa believes that planning is critical to helping people meet their financial goals. Mona-Lisa’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans.
Christy Sandles, LL.B, TEP
Vice President and Will & Estate Consultant, Family Office Services, RBC Wealth Management
Christy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (Anthropology) from the University of Waterloo in 2006 and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University in 2009. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2010.
Following her call to the Bar, Christy was in private practice with a large regional firm and practiced primarily in the areas of Wills, estates and trust law and litigation. Beginning in 2013, she worked exclusively in the area of Will and estate planning with a major trust company. Christy joined RBC Wealth Management in 2018.
Christy is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.
Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons.) from the University of New Brunswick, and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Ottawa. He is an active member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member in good standing of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.
Following his call to the Bar, Colin worked in private practice primarily in the areas of Wills, estates, trusts and real estate law, along with insurance and personal injury litigation. Colin joined RBC Royal Trust in 2021, working exclusively in the field of Wills, estates and trusts law, before joining Family Office Services as a Will & Estate Consultant.
As a Will & Estate Consultant, Colin would be pleased to work with you and your advisor on your estate planning, to provide comprehensive and practical solutions that meet the client’s individual needs.
Jason is an integral member of the team, helping to create, preserve and increase wealth by incorporating insurance-based solutions within comprehensive financial plans.
Specializing in estate planning, Jason applies innovative and tax-efficient solutions to a variety of wealth management issues and is skilled at simplifying their complexities. His individualized approach to personal and corporate insurance planning helps clients achieve their wealth management objectives and reach their estate and financial goals.
Beginning his financial services career in 1996, Jason joined RBC in 2006. Beforehand, he spent 10 years with a leading life insurer, focused on providing insurance solutions expertise to advisors and their teams.
As a Senior Will and Estate Advisor for the Atlantic Region, Angèle LeBlanc brings an approach to estate planning that centers on understanding and addressing the unique situation of each client. She works collaboratively with clients and their trusted advisors to help craft a comprehensive, effective and tailored estate plan that meets their individual needs.
Whether clients are taking their first steps towards wealth transition to the next generation or if they have specific requirements—such as protecting a disabled heir, planning for blended families, or ensuring a child’s inheritance is properly structured—Angèle has the knowledge to provide sound guidance and various options for consideration in their plan.
Prior to joining RBC Royal Trust, Angèle worked in private practice where she focused on estate planning, and then transitioned to trust companies where she focused on estates and trusts. She is a graduate of Dalhousie Law School with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and has continued to deepen her knowledge and expertise with key industry designations, such as the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation and is an active participant of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners
(STEP Canada).
The combination of her professional experience and commitment to providing practical guidance, in addition to her ability to put clients at ease, makes Angèle an invaluable resource for both clients and their financial advisors.

Cathy has more than 20 years of industry experience. She has deep experience working with high-net-worth families throughout the local community to deliver tailored planning and advice.
As a Private Banker, Jeremy Moore provides over seven years of expert financial counsel to high-net-worth businesses, families and organizations in the Halifax area.
Mr. Moore acts as a dedicated relationship manager for his clients and their families, who value his discretion and responsiveness, as well as his experience addressing a broad range of wealth, retirement and credit planning needs through all stages of their financial lives. Prior to joining Private Banking, Mr. Moore was an Investment and Retirement Planner with RBC Royal Bank, where he provided comprehensive financial solutions to his clients, collaborating whenever needed to ensure synergy with their investment and tax planning needs. To ensure that his clients receive a high level of financial planning expertise, he has also earned his designation as Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
As part of a tailored suite of Private Banking services, Mr. Moore designs sophisticated banking, personalized short- and long-term wealth plans and flexible credit packages for his clients. Through RBC, he provides a complete range of services – including commercial banking, estate planning, and domestic and international trusts – to meet each client's specific needs.
Mr. Moore is fluent in English and French. Originally from Charlottetown, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Prince Edward Island, where he was president of the UPEI Business Society. Outside of the office he spends much of his time coaching and mentoring minor hockey and rugby players.
