Caroline Parker is a long-time veteran of the brokerage industry, having entered the business in 1980 right out of college; she has filled almost every role the field has to offer, including a five-year stint as a Branch Manager at a time when men dominated management positions. Caroline started with Pemberton Securities and moved to RBC Dominion Securities in 1989, when Pemberton was acquired by RBC. Caroline and Dave have been married for 34 years; they have one daughter, Courtney. Caroline and her family live in Langley, where she enjoys the rural lifestyle, and devotes a great deal of her spare time to the Langley chapter of Soroptimists International, an international business and professional women’s service club
