As the world begins to open up, we are now offering multiple ways to meet, including phone, in-person at our office, and online using Webex, our preferred and fully secure video conferencing tool.
How it works

We will email you an invitation when it’s time to book your next meeting with us

Click on the RBC Meeting Scheduler link in the email and select your preferred way of meeting with us: phone, in-person, or virtual (online)

View our calendar for availability and pick a date and time that’s convenient for you

Once you’ve confirmed your selections, the meeting will be scheduled and we will send you a confirmation email

From the confirmation e-mail, you can conveniently add the appointment directly to your personal calendar or cancel/reschedule the appointment if needed
When you schedule your appointment you will also have the option to include additional details, such as topics you’d like to discuss in addition to your portfolio review. However, if you ever need to send us confidential information online, kindly contact us to use our secure message service or use the messaging service within RBC Wealth Management online.
