As a Private Banker, Soha Morsi provides 15 years of financial services experience to high-net-worth businesses, families and organizations. Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Soha Morsi is fluent in English, French, and Arabic and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University. She has completed the financial planning designation from the Institut Quebecois de planification financier (IQPF) and holds a certificate in personal finance from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
In her spare time, Ms. Morsi believes in giving back to the community, and is a member of the Governing Board of a Sir Wilfrid Laurier Elementary School in Laval.
As a Private Banker, François Demers provides comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to business owners, executives, professionals and their families, in the regions of Laval and Montreal.
Mr. Demers has worked at RBC since 1999. Prior to Private Banking, he provided clients with investment and financial advice and solutions as a financial planner at RBC Royal Bank. In 2016, Mr. Demers received a Leo award from RBC in recognition of his dedication to his clients.
As a relationship manager, Mr. Demers' focus is on determining and meeting the evolving financial needs of his clients and their families. With expertise in business, finance and financial planning, he is able to offer a broad range of advice to his clients and simplify their often complex financial requirements. Mr. Demers and his private banking team cooperate with partners across RBC to establish a relationship of trust and respect, while maintaining absolute discretion in the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
Mr. Demers is able to tailor a broad range of private banking solutions to each of his customers' unique needs, including complex banking solutions, long and short-term wealth management plans and credit solutions. Through his partners at RBC, he can also offer commercial services, estate planning, and national and international trust services.
Born and raised in Quebec, Mr. Demers holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Laval in Quebec. He is a member of the Institut Québécois de Planification Financière (IQPF). His hobbies include golf and hockey, and he is a volunteer coach for his sons' hockey teams.
Daniel Gladu has over 25 years of business and personal financial services experience that he brings to a select group of clients in and around Montreal. Prior to joining Private Banking Mr. Gladu spent 10 years at another firm as a Private Wealth Consultant for high-net-worth clients and as a financial planner, before which he spent 15 years with RBC as a Commercial and a Personal Account Manager and Branch Manager.
In his role as Private Banker, Mr. Gladu supports his clients with sophisticated banking services, and provides access to personalized short and long-term lending solutions and flexible credit packages. By collaborating with additional RBC specialists, he can also assist his clients with commercial banking, investment and trust services.
Mr. Gladu is fluent in English and French, and has been featured as a speaker in local newspaper, radio and television. He holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree, both specializing in Finance, from Université de Montréal – HEC, and is a past member of the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF). This unique combination of business, finance and financial planning expertise helps him to provide informed, thoughtful advice to his clients, and streamline their often-complex financial affairs.
Mr. Gladu is an active member of his local community, volunteering his time with the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and the Ordina-Coeur Foundation, and in the past as a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Mount Tremblant.
Born and raised north of Montreal in St-Jerome, Mr. Gladu places great importance on being informed and learning a wide variety of subjects. He enjoys playing golf in the summer and outdoor walks all year long.

He is a Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM), a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), a Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), a Certified Financial Planner Professional (CFP) from the Financial Planner Standard Council and a Financial Planner from the “Institut Québécois de Planification Financière” (F.Pl.).
Before joining RBC Family Office Services in 2015, Richard worked in the securities industry with Canadian and American brokerage firms and with the Montreal Exchange, where he worked as a Trader, Banker, Financial Advisor, Private Advisor and Financial Planner. He also spent three years in a Montreal based law firm specialized in business law.

Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Michael Neudorf specialized in personal, estate and corporate planning for clients in a national law firm. Michael obtained his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) in 2015 from the University of Montreal and was called to the Barreau du Quebec in 2016. Michael also holds a BA from McGill University in Political Science and History.

Prior to joining RBC, Nathalie specialized in corporate commercial law and estate and trust law during her eleven years in private practice.
She focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions and tax driven corporate transactions, advising small and medium size businesses in connection with day to day requirements, such as shareholder issues, restructuring, strategic alliances and standard agreements. In addition, Nathalie focused on estate
and trust planning, tax planning and estate administration and liquidation, implementation of tax and estate plans, Wills, trusts, corporate reorganizations, business succession plans and wealth preservation.
In 2010, Nathalie joined RBC, assisting clients with their overall tax and estate planning, and in 2014, assumed her present position, specializing in assisting high-net-worth clients with their succession, tax, retirement and estate planning.
Nathalie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (political science) from Concordia University in 1992. She obtained her law degree from l’Université de Montréal Faculty of Law in 1995.
