Leading by example

Today, we’re industry leaders. But each of us, at some point along the way, have been beneficiaries of someone elses’ generosity. Taking care of our clients and championing those who are most in need – it’s at the heart of what we do. A few of many causes we care deeply about:

Bill’s alma mater, The University of Guelph, played an essential role in his life, especially the time he spent playing defensive end for the Gryphons. In honour of his mother, Bill has established The Sotirea Vastis Women’s Grit Scholarship for female athletes and Vastis the Fastest Football Player Scholarship as a way to give back to a new generation of leaders who have displayed grit and empowered those around them.

No matter how you decide to donate to the Univeristy of Guelph, your support is essential to the mission – to accelerate solutions to global challenges in the areas where the University of Guelph excels: food, environment, health communities, and teaching and learning.

Sunnybrook is a premier academic health sciences centre, fully affiliated with the University of Toronto, and has the vision to invent the future of health care. Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is one of Canada’s largest and most dynamic hospitals with over 10,000 staff, physicians and volunteers who provide elite care to over 1 million patients each year, at the most critical time in their lives.

The Breast Cancer Society of Canada is a national organization with family-focused roots. It was established by Lawrence and Kay Greenaway in memory of their daughter Pam who died of breast cancer at 38 years old. She left behind two small children and a loving husband. The Greenaway and Kohlmeier families positively transformed their deep loss into a mission to raise money to fund the research that could ultimately cure this devastating disease.
