Financial Planner, founder of The Wealthcare for Healthcare Program
Richard Papadina is the financial planning and investment management strategist for the group's clients. Richard received his Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University. Soon after he successfully completed the Professional Financial Planning (PFP) designation, his insurance licence, and the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designation. Richard began his career at a Bay Street investment firm in 1995, where he worked as a Senior Associate for two years. In 1997 Richard moved to Royal Trust where he worked as a financial planner for six years in the Toronto East area. Richard joined the RBC Dominion Securities team in 2003 as an Investment Advisor and soon afterwards founded The Papadina Group of RBC Dominion Securities and created the Wealthcare for Healthcare Program.
Fluent in both English and Greek, Richard is fully committed to providing the highest level of personalized, proactive advice, including customized, detailed financial plans and investment management for our clients. He was named a member of the firm's prestigious President's Club. This group recognizes investment advisors who best exemplify the qualities of professionalism, integrity and dedication.
Richard speaks at our Wealthcare for Healthcare educational seminars held around the Greater Toronto Area throughout the year.
Richard and his wife have a fourteen-year-old son, nine-year-old twins and a two-year-old son. He enjoys going to the Toronto Raptors' basketball games. Richard is a regular supporter of Doctors Without Borders (Medecins Sans Frontieres), Princess Margaret Ride to Conquer Cancer and other charities.
