To provide wealth management, we follow a disciplined five-step process to keep you on track to achieving your goals. A disciplined process keeps us all focused on what's important – helping you live life the way you want.

1. Introduction. We will introduce you to the wealth management services we provide, not just during our first meeting but on an ongoing basis as your personal situation evolves and new services become useful to you.

2. Discovery. Together, we will gain a deeper understanding of your individual needs, goals and circumstances to help you clarify your financial objectives. This includes gathering together all your important personal and financial information.

3. Strategy. Next, we analyze your financial and personal information to match your objectives with smart, time-tested strategies.

4. Solutions. We develop thoughtful and creative solutions tailored to your objectives, drawing from a wide selection of world-class products and services.

5. Service. We regularly review your situation to ensure your financial objectives are being met in light of your changing needs, and proactively adjust your portfolio.

As your personal portfolio management team, we design and build your individual portfolio from the ground up, based on your own key factors such as personal objectives, growth requirements, income needs and risk tolerance. We will handle all the details on an ongoing basis, working within specific guidelines established in your Investment Policy Statement. We are always accountable to these guidelines, which are reviewed at least annually and updated in consultation with you as your circumstances change.

We measure performance of your total portfolio against your personal targeted goals, net after management fees. By tracking performance against your personal objectives – not just against the market – you will know where you are going and how quickly you are getting there.

We believe in doing everything needed to help you achieve your goals. Investment performance is our dedicated responsibility as it is one of the contributing factors to when and how well you can retire.
