Steve joined Dominion Securities in 2003 after graduating with honours from Queen’s University. After joining Dominion Securities, he attained the CIM, FMA, and FCSI designations, as well as his insurance license, options trading license, and Wealth Advisor title. Steve has been an active money manager since 2005 and was directly mentored by his father, Larry Osachoff, who is a nearly 50 year veteran of the investment industry. This mentoring has given Steve a long view of the market which is especially valuable in this ever-changing world.
Outside of work, Steve is an avid traveler, cyclist, and motorcyclist. In recent years, Steve has been merging his passions by participating in Wounded Warriors Canada’s annual Battlefield Bike Rides which support Veterans, first responders, and their families. He is also a former Board Director at the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation where he volunteered for nine years and served as its treasurer for five.
