Victoria is a dedicated member of the team, together with Stephanie, delivering the highest level of service excellence. Victoria is a licensed Associate who has worked alongside Rudy since 2015. She is also the cheerful voice who answers incoming calls and who proactively contacts you to book review meetings and support your administrative needs.
As a new client, Victoria is your point of contact to assist with setting up your accounts online and to support you in accessing your online statements. She will also provide details for opening secure emails sent from our team regarding your investment portfolios.
Victoria works closely with the team in managing client portfolios and trading, and to assist you with any account inquiries. She ensures incoming transfers are expedited for your accounts and keeps you informed on the status of those transfers. Victoria studied Business Management Accounting & Office Administration at St. Lawrence College. She began her career with RBC in 2006 in retail banking before transitioning to RBC Dominion Securities in 2015.
Victoria was born in British Columbia and moved to Kingston at a young age. She enjoys the outdoors and quiet country living with her husband and young son. Actively involved in all branch charitable events, Victoria is a champion of our Kingston community.
