Tim has been working in the financial services industry since 1992 both as an advisor and financial planning specialist, where he assisted advisors with providing high-quality financial planning services to their high-net-worth clients.
Prior to joining RBC, he was a Financial Advisor offering investment and insurance solutions while providing comprehensive financial planning guidance and advice to successful executives, farmers, business owners, professionals and other high net worth individuals. Tim’s extensive expertise and experience helps clients address all areas of financial planning.
Tim is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and was awarded a Fellowship designation in 2012 by CGA Canada. He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Life Underwriter — CLU (a wealth transfer and estate planning designation).

Will & Estate Specialist
Avideh Parent is an experienced lawyer with a strong commitment to educating people on the importance of estate planning. Avideh is a frequent presenter on Wills and Estates for organizations such as the Legal Education Society of Alberta, the City of Edmonton, Next Step Continuing Education, and the Edmonton Community Foundation. Avideh also has been featured on Global TV, Shaw TV, and various financial education websites.
Avideh received her undergraduate degree from Carleton University and went to Law School at the University of Alberta. In 2001 she was called to the Alberta Bar and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta. Avideh holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation, granted through the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Prior to joining RBC in 2012, she devoted her law practice to Wills, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration.
Avideh is also very active in the Latin dance community, and enjoys travelling the world to perform and compete with her husband in salsa dance competitions.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Dalhousie University, a Master of Arts from Queen’s University, and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria (2002). He is an active member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Joseph practiced law in Toronto in the areas of estate planning, administration, and litigation. Over his years in private practice, Joseph handled all manner of estate cases, with an emphasis on crossborder and complex multi-jurisdictional matters. He has frequently appeared on television and in the print media, providing commentary about topical issues related to estate planning. As a Will & Estate Consultant, Joseph provides comprehensive estate planning services to clients, offering sensible and practical solutions to the meet their individual needs.
Rebecca obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 2009 and was awarded the program medal for highest standing in her degree program. She went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2012 and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2013. Rebecca is a member of the Law Society of Manitoba.
Prior to joining RBC, Rebecca was in private practice in Winnipeg and practiced primarily in the areas of estate planning, incapacity planning, estate administration, real estate conveyance, and commercial law.

Prior to joining RBC, Faisal was a tax senior manager with a mid-size accounting and advisory firm, as well as with a multi-national accounting firm. Faisal’s expertise includes tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals and families, professionals, and business owners.

As a Senior Trust Advisor, Daryl Lindsay is responsible for managing a complex book of accounts, working with individuals, families and businesses to provide customized estate, trust and incapacity solutions. He has been serving clients throughout Manitoba, Southern Saskatchewan and Northwestern Ontario for more than seven years. Whether it is helping someone to settle an estate, establishing a trust to ensure the successful transfer of family assets, or arranging to assist with the administration and responsibilities for a power of attorney, Daryl can help.
A graduate of TAFE – University of Southern Sydney with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Daryl has continued to deepen his knowledge with key industry designations including the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) and the Accredited Derivative Advisor (ADA) designations and, most recently, the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation, which affords him membership in the Association of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Daryl is well known within the local estate and trust industry and delivers well-balanced advice by staying abreast of product, industry, investment, tax and legislative developments. With a career focused on building client relationships, he is dedicated to providing assistance in the preservation, management and transfer of wealth between generations by providing solutions to implement clients’ estate and trust plans.

As a Private Banker with RBC Wealth Management, Dale Gareau provides comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to high-net-worth business owners, executives, professionals and their families in Regina and Southern Saskatchewan.
Mr. Gareau's career spans over 25 years in financial services industry. Beginning as a Personal Account Manager with RBC Royal Bank, he moved on to become Commercial Account Manager providing business banking solutions to healthcare and business professional clients. He continued his career as a Branch Manager for the Albert and 25th Street branch of RBC Royal Bank in Regina. He has worked in Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg and Regina, which has added tremendous exposure to all types of industries.
Now in the Regina Private Banking office, Mr. Gareau works closely with his clients to provide seamless, unparalleled wealth management. He creates tailored financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, professionals, executives and their families. Through RBC he partners with specialists in Canada and in key markets worldwide to provide a complete range of complementary services, from sophisticated credit solutions, to estate and philanthropic strategies, to domestic and international trust services.

A little about Michelle Hoffart
As a Private Banker with RBC Wealth Management, Private Banking, Michelle Hoffart provides comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to high-net worth business owners, executives, professionals and their families in and around Regina.
Ms. Hoffart's career with RBC spans over 29 years. She first started as a teller at the branch before moving on to roles of increasing responsibility as Manager, Customer Care and Senior Account Manager for personal banking clients. Prior to joining Private Banking, she spent 16 years as a Financial Planner, and worked closely with her clients to assist them in comprehensively addressing their financial affairs.
Drawing on this experience, she now develops integrated wealth management and banking plans to help her clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As a trusted advisor to her clients, Ms. Hoffart and her team provide customized solutions that include complex credit structures, tax and retirement planning and sophisticated packages for managing daily banking and cash management needs. As needed, she will partner with a broad range of experts across RBC to provide extended services including investment management, Will and estate planning, commercial banking, business succession planning and trust structures to meet both the domestic and international needs of their clients.
Ms. Hoffart holds a certificate in business administration from the University of Regina, and has completed additional mutual funds courses. She also holds the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, which help provide additional expertise around the integrated advice she provides.
Born and raised in Regina, Ms. Hoffart is an active volunteer for many charities, including the Children's Wish Foundation and the MS Society of Canada. She and her husband have been married for 21 years and have two sons, ages 18 and 20. On the weekends, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and friends.
