Dave leads the Sinclair Wealth Management team, providing comprehensive wealth management and wealth protection services to affluent individuals. He focuses on wealth management solutions (financial planning, tax planning, estate planning and insurance), investment portfolio management, business development and client servicing.
Dave has been in the financial services industry providing comprehensive wealth management services since 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management (B.Comm.) degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, and has obtained the following designations: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Financial Management Advisor (FMA), and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM).
Dave moved to Regina from Toronto in 2014, and has a history of involvement in both communities. He was on the Board of Directors of the Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) from 2018 to 2023, serving as a member of the Governance & Nominating Committee, a member of the Strategic Planning Committee, Chair of the Audit & Finance Committee, and Chair of the Human Resources Committee. Dave is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors of Canada (ICD). Dave has also been active in office leadership since 2020 and is the Chair of the Investment Advisor Advisory Board for the Regina branch of RBC Dominion Securities.
He has served as Treasurer and Secretary of the Board of the Lakeshore Tennis Club, as a member of the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation Radiothon Committee and as a member of the Registration and Licensing Committee of CPA Saskatchewan. In Toronto, Dave was a Director of the Rouge Valley Health System, serving as Chair of the Board.
