She helped her clients build and grow businesses by providing cash flow management recommendations and lending strategies. While assisting with business solutions, she concurrently supported the entrepreneur with personal financial management advice including every day banking, saving and investing, debt management and estate planning.

For several years she volunteered her time on a non profit board, the Housing Foundation of British Columbia, which provides affordable housing for low-income seniors, and in 2014 was team captain for her local Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation ride for diabetes research team. She also enjoys reconnecting with her university and served as the co-chair of Dalhousie's local Alumni association for several years. Ms .
