Raymond offers a wealth of knowledge and experience as your Wealth Advisor, and is a rare professional in terms of his education and expertise.

Raymond started his career as an equities trader with a multi-national principal trading firm, where he was responsible for managing a discretionary investment portfolio during the recent Financial Crisis.  Choosing to join RBC in 2011, Raymond leads a team of highly accredited professionals, and leverages his unique background to provide affluent individuals, business owners and their families with a level of sophistication not readily available in the industry.

Raymond graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering & Bioengineering, and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designations, and is a Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). 

Having lived in Mississauga since 1987, Raymond is active in the community and volunteers his time as Vice-President of Finance for the Young Professionals Board of Mississauga Chinese Business Association, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Brampton Chinese Business Association.  A value investor at heart, Raymond spends a weekend in Omaha every year to hear Warren Buffett speak at the Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder's Meeting.

Mark Skeggs, CPA, CA, CFP, TEP

Prior to joining RBC, Mark spent over 14 years in the High Net Worth Tax group of a Big 4 accounting firm in Toronto. Acting as a trusted business advisor for Ultra High Net Worth families, Mark was responsible for the creation and implementation of effective strategies for wealth preservation and accumulation in the context of tax, estate and succession planning for owner-managers of private companies, senior executives of public companies and professional athletes.

Mark is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and a Trust and Estate Practitioner. He has completed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising, all three levels of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, as well as the Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business Course and the Corporate Reorganizations Course. Mark has served as Chair of the Board of Evaluators for CPA Ontario and Treasurer for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ontario. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Queen’s University.


Grant Henri, CFP, PFP, Pl.Fin., TEP

Grant attended Concordia University in Montreal where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1992. He holds three financial planning designations, a Specialist designation from the Trust Institute, and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Grant has completed the in-depth tax program with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (Levels I, II and III).

Grant has over 25 years of progressive experience in various roles within the financial services field. In addition to his work with RBC Wealth Management, he is currently teaching Tax and Estate Planning courses for the Institut Québecois de Planification Financière to support the continuing education requirements of financial planners in the province of Quebec. Grant has also provided support to the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a subject matter expert and has taught financial planning courses at George Brown College in Toronto.


James Wong, CPA, CA, CBV

High Net Worth Planning Services / Business Owner Specialist

James spent the majority of his career in various capacities advising owners of privately held businesses. Prior to joining RBC, he spent 12 years at another major national financial institution as the Vice President of Succession Planning. In that role, James developed several best practices around succession planning that take into account the unique culture of Canadian family businesses. Many of these practices are shared in the book he co-authored, “The Transition Experience – What every Canadian family business owner should know beyond succession planning”, released in December 2011.

James is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator and is a frequent presenter on business succession planning. He obtained his degree, Masters of Commerce from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.


Ken Mau, CPA, CA

Ken specializes in tax and estate planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, especially those who recently arrived in Canada.

Ken collaborates with these families and their professional advisors to formulate wealth planning strategies that will help achieve their financial goals. These include tax and estate planning, business succession planning, trust and fiduciary planning and international wealth transfer strategies and solutions. With 10 years of experience in serving private clients immigrating from abroad, Ken discusses wealth planning for newcomers to Canada through his broad knowledge and expertise in international and multi-jurisdictional tax, estate and trust planning.

Ken earned a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree at the University of Alberta, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and is a frequent speaker at numerous well-attended international and domestic forums and seminars for ultra/high-net-worth audiences.


Rebecca Henri, CFP, TEP

Financial Planning Specialist

Rebecca has been working in a financial planning capacity since 1999 and brings to her role much care in helping clients meet their goals. She has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from Trent University and has maintained an ongoing commitment to continued learning in the areas of tax, estate and business owner planning.

Rebecca holds the Certified Financial Planner designation from the Financial Planning Standards Council of Canada and has completed the Professional Financial Planner and Canadian Securities Courses. She is registered as a Full Life Agent with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Rebecca has also taught retirement planning at George Brown College in Toronto.

Rebecca works extensively with high net worth clients including business owners, executives and professionals and has considerable expertise with more advanced tax and estate planning strategies.


Megan Brown, LL.B., TEP

As a Will & Estate Consultant, Megan Brown provides comprehensive estate planning services to clients.

Megan completed her undergraduate degree at McGill University, obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario bar in 1998. For most of the fifteen years following her call to the bar, Megan was in private practice, specializing in the areas of estate planning and administration, incapacity planning, trust planning and administration, family business succession and charities law. Megan joined RBC Wealth Management in February 2013.

Megan is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner with STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and has completed Levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Course.


Thomas Seah, B.A. (Econ.), CLU

Thomas specializes in the preservation and enhancement of wealth. He employs a comprehensive process to assess your wealth management needs and recommend creative, tax-exempt insurance solutions to address them.

Thomas will create a tailored plan using insurance solutions to increase and secure your wealth, reduce the impact of future taxation and structure your estate so your wealth is transferred to your heirs in accordance with your wishes. Thomas evaluates various insurance offerings including life insurance, annuity and living benefits.

Thomas joined the insurance industry in 1984 after completing a university degree in economics. In 1995, he joined RBC Wealth Management and is one of the agency’s longest serving employees. Highlighting his commitment to the industry, Thomas also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation.
