  • Do you see yourselves as a Family enterprise or as an Enterprising family?
    • Could the "secret sauce" of your family enterprise be understood and leveraged to spawn, evolve or purchase new business projects?
       
  • Are you a family first business or a business first family?
     
  • Does it entail just family members? Just those working in the business? Just those who have ownership?
    • Depending on which area of the 3 circle model family members sit, how might they view things differently?
