Paul joined RBC Dominion Securities in April, 2000. Based in Peterborough, Paul and his team work with clients across Ontario.
Since joining RBC Dominion Securities Paul has developed and implemented customized portfolio’s intended to provide clients’ with a level of comfort and confidence that is unique in the industry. As head of the The Harris-Lowe Group, Paul also oversees the teams wealth management process and is the initial point of contact for new clients.
Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities Paul was a Senior Advisor with Royal Trust. Paul helped clients design and implement estate structures including discretionary managed portfolio’s, domestic and offshore trusts, and introduce clients to Royal Trust’s executor services.
Paul worked as a foreign exchange trader joining Royal Trust. As a technical analyst, most of Paul’s time was with Royal Bank in the Toronto Treasury. In that role Paul advised traders, corporations and other institutions on currency fluctuations and forecasts. Paul also held proprietary positions on behalf of the bank.
Paul’s background in various fields of the financial industry provides a unique blend that helps his clients focus on what is important to them.
Since moving to Peterborough in 1995 Paul and his wife Maureen have been active in various community programs. Currently Paul is President of the Peterborough Curling Club. Paul’s wife is the conductor of the Peterborough Children’s Chorus, an internationally recognized choir for children between ages 8 and 18. Paul and Maureen have a daughter and son.
