Ashley was born and raised on Vancouver Island and, after work and education provided life and experience in other parts of North America, he returned home to enjoy life on the Island. Now, with wife Katie, they are raising their two children, daughter Austyn and son Mason, in his hometown.
After a decade of entrepreneurship operating businesses in the resource, manufacturing, and tourism sectors, Ashley returned to school to earn his PBDM and MBA from Athabasca University. He is very passionate about investments and wealth management. While at University he represented them at a global futures trading challenge and successfully earned a spot in the top 10%.
In 2016, Ashley joined RBC Dominion Securities as an Investment Advisor and Insurance Representative, and has been working with clients to develop, and implement their wealth management strategies ever since.
Ashley and his family enjoy spending time outdoors, on the water, and generally enjoying all the amenities of the Island.
