Online services to help you manage your wealth remotely and easily

Hello from all of us.

We hope you and your family are staying healthy, safe and well during this uncertain time. The MPCD Wealth Management team is working remotely, but as always, we are here to help with any questions or concerns you may have, and remain committed to helping you feel confident in your financial well-being.

In that spirit, we wanted to let you know about the variety of online tools and services RBC Dominion Securities (DS) offers to help you manage your wealth remotely.

The following pertains to or DS Online website and not the RBC wallet nor the RBC app. So features are only available using the browser based version.

The first step is to sign up for DS Online or link your DS accounts to your RBC banking online access.

If you have not previously signed up for online access, you can initiate the process by clicking here, or call us 613-566-3557 and we’ll be happy to help you get started.​​​​​​ Once you’re signed up for online access, you can view all of your DS account information securely and in one place.


Through your online access, you can access the following digital services:

PLEASE NOTE: If you are accessing your DS accounts through your RBC online banking you will need to select the Dominion Securities or Investment Tab to have access to these services.


Two-Way Secure Messaging

  • Communicate safely with us via two-way secure messaging and file sharing. Get started with the “Send a Secure Message” option on your DS Online homepage. Find further instructions here.

Transfer funds electronically into your DS account from RBC:

  • If you’re transferring funds from your RBC Royal Bank account(s), you can do it through DS Online by going to “My Accounts” and then selecting “Transfer Funds.” Find further instructions here. If you’d like to transfer in funds from another financial institution, contact us for further information.

  • Opt-in to receive your important eDocuments (such as statements, trade confirmations, tax slips and more) quickly and efficiently through DS Online. Here’s how to sign up.

Please note that you need to contact us directly to transfer funds electronically from your DS account:

If you would like to transfer funds to your Canadian bank account(s), please ensure your bank account details are on file with us. We are pleased to accommodate regular scheduled payments and ad-hoc payments with Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs). Here’s how to get started.
