With the coronavirus outbreak continuing to cause widespread economic disruption and severe market volatility, we are keen to provide you with regular updates on how we are approaching the situation from an investment and operational perspective. We hope this regular communication provides you with a degree of reassurance and goes some way to addressing any concerns you might have in the weeks and months ahead.
Our team has the capacity to work from our respective homes. In that event our phones will be forwarded and messages checked regularly. We have access to all of our advisory platforms: trading, research, communications, administrative and tax. Our IT infrastructure is proving resilient and all investment management and administrative functions are operating without interruption. Work is ongoing to ensure this remains the case.
We continue to work on understanding the financial impact of the outbreak on our investment management, under a range of potential scenarios, is ongoing. We have attached a market update for your review.
Of course, this remains an extremely fluid environment and all communications must unfortunately come with the caveat "at the time of writing".
