We say a bittersweet goodbye to our associate Tracey Root as she begins retirement, and warmly welcome our new member, Neil Fryer, to the team.
It is with great enthusiasm that we announce that Tracey is starting a new phase of life! We wish her well in her next phase, retirement!
Tracey has been an integral part of the MPCD Wealth Management team for the last 6 years. Her contribution to establishing our review process has ensured our delivery of high quality service and reporting to our clients. Her commitment and dedication are worthy of admiration. She will be missed. Tracey’s last day is August 30th, but we’ll be seeing her at Clementine’s retirement party.
We are thrilled our new addition, Neil Fryer is joining our team as an Associate Advisor. As we’ve promoted…diversification is a good thing… A 2011 graduate of the Economics and Finance department at the University of Guelph, Neil has spent the years since working for a local Chamber of Commerce in Northern Ontario or deep in the mines of Northern Alberta, before joining RBC DS in 2016. Originally the move back to Ontario landed him at the Sault Ste. Marie branch. He has moved to Ottawa for what he says facetiously was a ‘change of scenery’. He is loving his new home and you can find him swimming the summers in Mooney’s bay or the winters camping in the snow of Gatineau. Neil brings his diligence, focus and commitment to his role, as part of your wealth management team and is eager make your acquaintance.
Neil will be in touch with you to schedule reviews and continue to support Patricia and Dawn in the review process. Neil will be providing you with research assistance and full client service while developing his role as an Associate Advisor.
April Short, Administrative Associate is our main stay to help you with your requests for such things as payments to and from your accounts, wire transfers, RSP contributions and movements between accounts. She will also be able to assist you with any problems on your statement and tax reporting.
Angela Clarkson, Investment Associate is responsible for the trade execution and account rebalancing. As always she will assist you in her helpful, thorough and detailed manner. Her skills are also being utilized for the more complex administrative issues.
Patricia and Dawn will continue to be responsible for investment decisions and all recommendations, managing your portfolio and the markets and holding regular meetings with you.
As always, any member of the team can take your call or email and you can be confident in our team.
We look forward to seeing you at Clementine’s retirement party where you will have a chance to say goodbye – and hello!
