Mona-Lisa is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) and has a Bachelor in Business Administration (Major in Accounting) from Université de Moncton. Mona-Lisa has completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course.
Prior to joining RBC, Mona-Lisa was employed as a Tax Manager at one of the world’s leading accounting firms. She specialized in providing personal, corporate, and estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals and their owner-managed entities.

Jason is an integral member of the team, helping to create, preserve and increase wealth by incorporating insurance-based solutions within comprehensive financial plans.
Specializing in estate planning, Jason applies innovative and tax-efficient solutions to a variety of wealth management issues and is skilled at simplifying their complexities. His individualized approach to personal and corporate insurance planning helps clients achieve their wealth management objectives and reach their estate and financial goals.
Beginning his financial services career in 1996, Jason joined RBC in 2006. Beforehand, he spent 10 years with a leading life insurer, focused on providing insurance solutions expertise to advisors and their teams.
Sharon earned a Community Services Diploma in 1986, a Bachelor of Public Relations degree from Mount Saint Vincent University in 1996 and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University in 2006.
Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Sharon was in private practice with a large regional firm and practiced primarily in the areas of corporate commercial law, wills, estates and trust law, health law and medical defence.
Before pursuing her law degree, Sharon spent over ten years in senior executive and management roles within the not-for-profit sector for organizations such as Phoenix Youth Programs, the ALS Society of Nova Scotia and the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. Sharon is a mother of five and a former foster parent. She has a special interest in disability law.
Sharon is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Halifax Estate Planning Council. She currently serves on the Board of Governors of Mount Saint Vincent University and is Chair of the University’s Advancement and External Relations Committee. Sharon has served as a director on several charity boards including the Canadian Bar Association NS Branch, the Northend Community Health Clinic, Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic, the Spina Bifida Association and Crime Stoppers Nova Scotia.
Sharon’s role is to work with and support your advisor by providing you with information on structuring your estate in an efficient and tax-effective manner.
As a Regional Trust Advisor, Claudia Morrison serves clients throughout the Ontario and Atlantic regions and is located in the Ottawa office. Claudia provides strong organizational and relationship-building skills to deliver comprehensive estate and trust solutions for executors, trustees and beneficiaries. Clients appreciate her ability to explain complex concepts of estate and trust administration in terms that they can relate to and with sensitivity.
A graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree, Claudia has continued to deepen her knowledge and expertise with key industry designations such as the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course.
Claudia has held various roles in banking, investment counselling and estate and trust administration that provide her with a unique depth of understanding around integrated solutions to meet client needs. With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Claudia brings to each client the necessary skill set to provide both the technical expertise as well as the genuine understanding of the emotional complexities that underlie these issues. As Private Banker in Halifax, Tim Hilton provides expert financial counsel to a select group of high-net-worth clients and their families throughout Atlantic Canada.
Mr. Hilton works closely with his clients to complete an initial deep discovery to uncover clients’ financial needs and to apply tailored solutions that simplify and streamline the management of the family’s wealth. As needed, Mr. Hilton can bring in a full range of RBC and external specialists who can create detailed wealth management plans for investment, estate, business succession, tax or charitable giving needs. A busy husband and father to four young children, Mr. Hilton spends his time outside of the office chauffeuring his children to soccer, hockey, piano and downhill skiing. If he gets the chance he also enjoys football and being active.
