Canada's Best Fall Foliage

Oct 10, 2019 | Travis Stringer

Autumn is the most colourful of seasons. Here are five locations in Canada where you can soak up the hues.

Fall is slipping by quickly, but it is not too late to get out and enjoy some autumn colour. This is my favourite time of year to take in nature (you may have noticed our "Prince George in Autumn" banner). The weather is not hot nor too cold, there are no bugs, there is usually a fair amount of sunshine, and the colours are satisfying. While we don't see the beautiful reds they get in Eastern Canada, our oranges and yellows are very pleasant. Here in Prince George, you can even experience larch trees like they have in Banff; just head to Pidherny. Canadian Autumnal Displays
