Eddie brings a special skillset in resolving complex client situations both strategically and efficiently, which is essential for overseeing 35 advisory teams. These 35 advisory team currently manages over $16.5 billion in client relationships and operates with a clear "client-first" mentality that aligns with our core values.
With over 28+ years of experience at RBC Dominion Securities, Eddie draws on his extensive expertise to guide our group of professionals. As a Chartered Accountant and former Investment Advisor, his background ensures that RBC Dominion Securities remains firmly aligned with the interests of its clients, delivering insights and solutions from their perspective.

Associate Branch Director
In his experience as the Associate Branch Director for RBC Dominion Securities’ Yorkville office, he managed a team of over 50 investment advisors and associates, ensuring clients reach their financial goals through a total wealth planning approach.
Outside of the office, Rick enjoys quality family time with his wife and three sons. When he gets some time to himself, he’ll either have a guitar or a book in his hand.

Saoda is a dedicated HR professional graduated from York University followed by a post-graduation from Seneca College. With four years of Assistant Branch Operations Manager experience at Toronto RBP25 branch, and over seven years of experience in the financial services industry overall, she has successfully led branch-wide initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support regulatory compliance.
Saoda is passionate about fostering collaborative team environments and delivering impactful training programs that drive both individual and organizational growth. With a strong foundation in HR practices and a proven ability to lead with empathy and strategic insight, she is committed to building high-performing, people-first workplaces.
Sherry joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2021 as an Associate, where she quickly established herself as a trusted and reliable team member. During this time, she excelled in client relations, while providing dedicated support to advisors and their teams. Sherry’s commitment earned her the Quarterly Performance Award three times, a testament to her work ethic and client-focused approach. Known as a dependable go-to resource for both clients and colleagues, she brings professionalism, care, and consistency to every interaction.
Outside of work, Sherry enjoys spending quality time with her toy poodle, and her partner. Together, they love taking long walks through the city and sailing, embracing the outdoors and city life.
