His guidance supports clients in their relationships with their external professional advisors, with whom he frequently interacts.
His expertise includes tax and estate planning for executives, business owners, retirees, sports professionals and individuals with U.S. issues. He also assists individuals facing significant financial events (sale of business, financial windfall, retirement, job loss, moving to Canada, leaving Canada, etc.)
Prior to joining RBC in 1999, Prashant honed his expertise by working as a Canadian and U.S. tax specialist for two of the big four accounting firms in downtown Toronto.
Prashant is a Certified Financial Planner, Associate of the Society of Actuaries and member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Canadian Tax Foundation.
Ryan Leung, CPA, CA, CFP, TEP, FEA, CLU

Ryan specializes in tax, estate, business succession and family enterprise planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Together with your RBC advisor, Ryan provides coordinated guidance to support your relationships with your external professional advisors, with whom he frequently collaborates.
Prior to joining High Net Worth Planning Services, Ryan worked with RBC advisors to provide comprehensive wealth and financial planning services focused on clients’ goals including tax, estate, succession, philanthropy, education and retirement planning. He also worked at one of the big four accounting firms, advising on Canadian tax strategies, corporate reorganization and business transition for small-and medium-sized enterprises.
Ryan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Certified Financial Planner professional, Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He has completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University with a major in Accounting. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, Family Enterprise Canada and The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (Canada).

Ryan works closely with your RBC advisor to identify strategies and solutions on structuring your affairs in a manner that addresses your overall wealth planning needs, which you would then discuss and implement with your accountant or lawyer.
Joanne obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Victoria, Canada. She was called to the Ontario Bar and is a member of good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Joanne has had a rich and varied career working in both large and small firms in private practice as well as working for a number of years as in-house counsel for a large international technology company. In the last few years in private practice, Joanne specialized in the areas of will and estate planning, estate administration, trust planning, and family business succession planning.
As a Wills and Estate Consultant, Joanne provides comprehensive estate planning services to clients.

Outside of work, Fayaaz actively contributes to the community as a Board Director at the Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation. In addition to spending quality time with his wife and two daughters, he enjoys travelling, exploring local artisan shops, farmers markets and restaurants. Most mornings, Fayaaz starts his day with a workout or wraps up a round of Golf.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial services with RBC, Martha is well respected by both her clients and peers alike. Prior to her current role, Martha was a Financial Advisor for over 12 years. Martha is considered to be top in her field due to her dedication to clients, which has been recognized with RBC's most prestigious honours multiple times.
Martha currently resides in the Barrie area. When she is not volunteering to help the homeless, Martha enjoys spending time with her friends and family and spoiling her dog.
Angus has more than a decade of experience in charitable giving and legacy planning. He currently contributes this expertise to RBC Family Office Services, where he collaborates closely with advisors, clients and their families. Together, they devise tailored giving strategies that harmonize the client's goals and values with their philanthropic aspirations and seamlessly integrate into their overall wealth management objectives.
He possesses distinctive insights gained from his involvement in establishing and managing a private foundation that provided donor-advised fund and philanthropic solutions to advisors and clients while at Gluskin Sheff. Furthermore, his extensive knowledge of legacy planning, capital campaigns, and intricate gift structures stems from his previous roles with SickKids Foundation and RBC Royal Trust.
Angus is a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP), co-chair of the GTA CAGP Education Committee, and faculty member of the National CAGP Estate Fundamentals course. He has achieved his TEP designation from STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
