As a Senior Trust Advisor, Daryl Lindsay is responsible for managing a complex book of accounts, working with individuals, families and businesses to provide customized estate, trust and incapacity solutions. He has been serving clients throughout Manitoba, Southern Saskatchewan and Northwestern Ontario for more than seven years. Whether it is helping someone to settle an estate, establishing a trust to ensure the successful 
transfer of family assets, or arranging to assist with the administration and responsibilities for a power of attorney, Daryl can help. 
A graduate of TAFE – University of Southern Sydney with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Daryl has continued to deepen his knowledge with key industry designations including the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) and the Accredited Derivative Advisor (ADA) designations and, most recently, the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation, which affords 
him membership in the Association of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). 
Daryl is well known within the local estate and trust industry and delivers well-balanced advice by staying abreast of product, industry, investment, tax and legislative developments. With a career focused on building client relationships, he is dedicated to providing assistance in the preservation, management and transfer of wealth between generations by providing 
solutions to implement clients’ estate and trust plans.

Doreen has been in the financial services industry since 1988, both as an advisor and as a wealth planning analyst, where she assisted advisors with providing high-quality financial planning services to their high-net-worth clients.

Prior to joining RBC, Doreen provided comprehensive financial planning guidance and advice to executives, business owners, professionals and high net worth families. Doreen assists clients in addressing all areas of their wealth by using a holistic approach to Financial Planning.

Doreen believes that planning is critical to helping people meet their financial objectives. Doreen’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans for clients.

After completing a Master of Arts degree in English at the University of Waterloo, Alessandra obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2000. She was called to the Ontario bar in February of 2002, and commenced her career as a tax lawyer with the Toronto office of
a prominent national law firm, completing Levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ In-Depth Tax Course.

Over her years in private practice, Alessandra served a variety of business clients and their owners ranging from technology start-ups to established manufacturing, property development and retail businesses, advising on tax and estate-planning, including wills and trusts.

The most noteworthy of these roles is her 14 years of service as a Financial Advisor, for which she received many prestigious recognitions.

Born in Elliot Lake and raised in Spanish, Ontario, Francine moved to Sudbury, where she now lives with her husband & children. Committed to giving back to her community, Francine loves volunteering regularly, as well as playing volleyball and refereeing hockey.
