Paule has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) and a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Montreal University. She has completed the Securities Dealers Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant, Paule has more than 30 years of experience in tax and estate planning consulting, in CA firms as well as in life insurance and securities dealer companies. Paule is a frequent lecturer at annual conferences and technical seminars of l’Association de planification fiscale et financière and other professional associations and an active writer of reference papers on tax and estate planning topics.
Paule is a member of the executive committee of STEP Montreal and is regularly involved in various committees of the Association de planification fiscale et successorale. Paule is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec, the l’Association de planification fiscale et successorale, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the International Fiscal Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Ali is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). He is a graduate of York University’s Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) program with a specialization in Accounting. He subsequently completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program.
Prior to working at RBC, Ali worked as a Senior Tax Manager with one of Canada’s largest public accounting firms and has previous Big 4 accounting firm experience.
During his time as a tax practitioner, Ali specialized in Canadian and U.S. tax planning, corporate reorganizations, tax minimization strategies and succession planning. Some of Ali’s clients included high-net-worth families, private businesses and estates.
Ali’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting your Compass Financial Plan and to identify and assess any related financial planning concerns you may have.
Shawna is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and holds a Master of Taxation (MTax) degree from the University of Waterloo as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McGill University. She is also a Financial Planner (F. Pl.), duly registered under the Institut Québécois de Planification Financière (IQPF).
Prior to joining RBC, Shawna was a taxation manager at a Montreal based accountant firm, providing sophisticated tax and wealth management planning to high net worth individuals and corporate clients.
Shawna's area of expertise includes personal, corporate and estate tax planning, wealth preservation and financial planning. As a Financial Planning Specialist at RBC Family Office Services, Shawna works jointly with your advisor to prepare and present your comprehensive Compass Financial Plan.

As a Will & Estate Consultant, Carol Dalgado provides comprehensive estate planning services to clients.
Carol graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario and went on to obtain her Master of Laws (Trusts) degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. She holds the designation of TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Estate Planning Council (Toronto), the Estate Practitioners’ Group and STEP.
Carol has held various roles within the estate and trust industry in which she has provided guidance on estate, trust and incapacity planning, administration and litigation issues. Carol worked in private practice for over ten years before joining RBC Wealth Management in 2015.
Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Me Jennifer Katsaros launched her career at one of the largest Quebec-based networks of Notarial firms in Montreal. During this period, Me Katsaros developed an expertise in will and estate planning, as well as acquired a specialized knowledge in estate settlements
and non-contentious procedures. To further her knowledge in the field of estate planning, Me Katsaros later joined a major Quebec law firm that specializes in taxation, where she specialized in estate settlements and estate planning for high net worth individuals.

Member of the Board of Notaries of the Province of Quebec (Chambre des Notaires du Québec) since 2016, Me Katsaros obtained her Masters in Notarial Law (LL.M.) from the University of Montreal in 2015, after having obtained her Licentiate in Law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa in 2014. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University since 2008.
