At the heart of my work is the belief that investing is about aligning each portfolio with the values, purpose and aspirations of the people and organizations I serve. I can think of no greater privilege than being entrusted with our client's financial well-being.
I work with individuals, families, and not-for-profit organizations to help them achieve their long-term investment objectives with clarity and confidence. By maintaining a select client base, I ensure each relationship receives thoughtful, tailored, and highly attentive service.
Managing investment portfolios on a discretionary basis and leveraging the depth and breadth of our firm's selectively curated investment platform, I develop a customized investment portfolio that reflects each client’s goals, values, and priorities. My approach emphasizes stewardship - adapting strategies as client circumstances and markets evolve.
I work closely with RBC Family Office Services’ tax, estate planning, philanthropic and business owner planning specialists to ensure every client benefits from deep and multidisciplinary expertise across the full spectrum of their investment and wealth plan.
Before joining PH&N Investment Counsel, I managed institutional portfolios at RBC Global Asset Management, focusing on large pension plans. That experience strengthened my ability to translate complex objectives into clear, actionable strategies. Earlier roles in engineering with Nokia Mobile Phones, management consulting with Deloitte, and investment banking with RBC Capital Markets sharpened my analytical thinking and ability to communicate clearly.
I lead our firm’s not-for-profit practice and am a strong believer in giving back to my community - I serve as a Board Trustee and Chair of the Investment Committee of the George R. Gardiner Museum of Ceramic Art, and a Director of the Royal St. George’s College Foundation. I previously served on the Investment Committee of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
I graduated with a B.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, including degree options in Computer Engineering and International Studies (Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands), and hold the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
An avid gardener, weekend skier, and enthusiastic home cook, I love spending quality time with my husband and two kids.
