As the head of customer service , Ann-Emily welcomes you with all her passion and will be your first point of contact to ensure that all your needs are met.
With 21 years of experience at RBC, she has held various roles including Customer Service Representative, Banking Advisor, Mutual Funds Representative, and more recently, she served as Assistant Branch Manager. She is a dedicated, attentive, and committed employee.
Volunteering is an important value for Ann-Emily; she has been involved in organizing Centraide Estrie campaigns since her early days at RBC and has also volunteered at her two children's school throughout their educational journey. She is still involved at the CSSRS as the secretary of the Parents' Committee.
