With over three decades of financial services experience, Stéphane works hard to bring financial peace of mind to our clients and their families. As Senior Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor, Stéphane utilizes his deep knowledge of the markets and extensive experience in the industry to provide personalized investment strategies and financial plans to give our clients confidence and clarity in all areas of their wealth.

Pursuing an early interest in the markets, Stéphane attended the University of Quebec, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in accounting. Upon graduation, he worked as an accountant for a national accounting firm. In the years that followed, Stéphane channeled his accounting know-how to help clients start, buy, and sell businesses, and leveraged his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation to examine financial reports and run analyses to determine the value of private and public entities. Keen to apply his financial knowledge to help people more comprehensively, Stéphane then pivoted to the role of financial advisor—a responsibility he’s held for over 27 years. Committed to offering clients the highest level of service, Stéphane holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations. He has also completed the required courses to become life insurance licensed. Stéphane came to RBC Dominion Securities in 2005, joining forces with his wife and fellow wealth professional, Michelle Cloutier, to create Cloutier Family Wealth.

Outside of work, Stéphane is an active member of Club Richelieu, and supports multiple organizations in the community focused on cultural enrichment, education, and food security. He shares his love for the outdoors with Michelle and their four adult children, who enjoy camping, swimming, and hiking together. He also tries to get out onto the lake as often as he can.

Above and beyond service is synonymous with Michelle’s level of client care. With nearly 40 years of experience in the industry, Michelle is dedicated to serving clients, working to protect their legacies and ease their financial concerns. Having attended Laurentian University and Cambrian College, Michelle graduated with a major in accounting and a minor in business, combining her interest in math with her innate desire to help people. Following graduation, she began her career in merchant banking financing at another leading financial institution, providing specialized services for small and medium corporations. Years later, she pivoted to pursue an interest in Will, estate, and trust services, expanding and refining her knowledge in this area to provide full-circle financial planning for our clients. She came to RBC Dominion Securities in 2005, teaming up with her life and work partner, Stéphane, to create Cloutier Family Wealth.

As Associate Wealth and Investment Advisor, Michelle draws on her deep understanding of Wills and trust solutions to ensure that our clients’ wealth is preserved and positioned according to their wishes. She makes sure that all documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with their goals, unwinds complex financial matters, and presents streamlined solutions to make the process as easy as possible. Michelle has earned her Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation, is an Elder Planning Counsellor, a Divorce Financial Specialist, and is also life insurance licensed.

Outside of work, Michelle brings her high level of service to charities and initiatives she holds close to her heart. With deep passion and genuine care, she volunteers her time to help improve palliative care initiatives in the Sudbury community, holding a directorship and executive position on the Sudbury Hospice Foundation and the Luncheon of Hope committee. She is also actively involved in organizations that support health and wellness, care for seniors, and mental health programs for kids. Michelle enjoys spending time with Stéphane and their four adult children, who all enjoy being outdoors and taking in the beautiful nature of Northern Ontario.

Juliana is a veteran of the industry with 35 years of financial services experience. Before joining RBC in 2006, Juliana had an extensive career working at two other leading financial institutions, where she expanded her knowledge to develop into the financial planning role. During this time, she met Stéphane and Michelle Cloutier, building a relationship through a shared passion to help people achieve their financial goals. She joined our team in 2013, helping to shape our business into what it is today.

As Associate Wealth Advisor, Juliana ensures the smooth operation of our business, setting the bar for service excellence for our team. A dedicated and devoted self-starter, Juliana works hard to build personalized financial plans for our clients and supports the ongoing management of their portfolios and trading. She holds the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation, providing our clients with a high level of planning, service, and counsel backed by deep care.

Outside of work, Juliana plays a key role as treasurer and campaigner for the Shine Foundation, assisting with the organization of fundraising events and the delivery of dreams to children with severe physical disabilities. She has helped organize and witness wishes come true right here in Sudbury and is working on ways to deliver more. In her free time, Juliana enjoys attending charitable events, visiting local art shows, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

As an Associate, Carole is a dedicated and passionate member of our team. She thoughtfully manages everyday client requests, from opening accounts to transferring funds, and provides our team with administrative support through account maintenance and documentation. Her detail-oriented and thorough approach allows her to work efficiently and effectively, making sure that everything runs smoothly for our team as well as our clients.

Outside of work, Carole enjoys spending time with her twin boys. She also loves hiking, running, and being out in nature. She is passionate about giving back to the community and spends much of her free time volunteering at the local animal shelter.

As a former varsity athlete, Evan stands by his values of collaboration and communication, transferring his commitment to success from the golf green to the office. Attending Bowling Green University in Ohio, Evan represented the school playing Division 1 golf while earning a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance. Since graduating, he has pursued his interest in finance, beginning his career as a banking advisor at RBC in 2022 before joining our team in 2023.

As an Associate, Evan is one of the first points of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are heard, and requests actioned in an efficient and effective manner. Committed to providing top-tier service, Evan has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as well as the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) Course.

Outside of work, Evan enjoys spending time with his friends and family, and tries to get on the golf course as often as he can. Evan also takes an active part in his community, helping to fundraise for charities such as the Northeastern Ontario (NEO) Kids Foundation and Family Programs.

Entrepreneurial in spirit and hard-working by trade, Denver fine-tuned his passion for numbers and interest in business by attending Laurentian University and earning a bachelor’s degree in finance. His continuous desire to learn led him to participate in a summer business program for students, giving him valuable skills and experience, which he brought to our team when he joined in 2023.

As an Administrative Assistant, Denver leverages his experience to deliver high-quality service to our clients as he fields calls to the office. He also occasionally provides Stéphane with documentation and administrative support. Denver is adamant about learning all aspects of the business and consistently goes the extra mile to offer his assistance in any area the team needs.

Outside of work, Denver enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing hockey, softball, and golf. In the summer months he can be found camping, fishing, and enjoying all that Northern Ontario has to offer.

Brittany is an empathetic and dedicated professional who looks forward to finding solutions for all of our clients’ wealth concerns. After being licensed as a Paralegal by the Law Society of Ontario in 2014, Brittany worked representing clients with Landlord Tenant disputes and Ontario Small Claims Court matters. After realizing she wanted to take a more proactive approach to helping people, Brittany made the switch to the financial industry in 2017. Working as a financial advisor in a small-town RBC branch for seven years, Brittany combined her compassionate spirit and altruistic nature with her financial expertise to guide her clients on the path towards their goals. In 2024, she joined our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, Brittany ensures the smooth operation of internal processes and assists our team with tasks related to meeting preparation and client documentation. Utilizing her background in law, Brittany’s ability to understand legal processes gives her a unique perspective on clients’ financial matters, which she uses to ease their worries and leave them with peace of mind.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her partner and young son. Following in the footsteps of her parents, Stéphane and Michelle, Brittany is also an active member of the community and volunteers at the Maison McCulloch Hospice as well as other initiatives that support women’s health and well-being.
