Allison grew up on a dairy farm in Bornholm Ontario, and joined the Buchanan Group at RBC Dominion Securities in April 2017, following positions at another Canadian Full-Service Brokerage Firm and a U.S Self-Directed Brokerage Firm. She has obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with Distinction, and diplomas in International Business and Business. In addition to her post-secondary education, Allison is a Certified Financial Planner® and has obtained various designations from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), including the Series 7, Series 63, New Entrants Exam, the Wealth Management Essentials Exam, and the Life License Qualification Program for Insurance. Allison is responsible for meeting with clients to create financial projections and is highly skilled at reviewing all aspects of clients’ financial portfolios and rebalancing them according to the clients’ needs.
