Richard has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a bachelor degree in Civil Law (LL.B.) from University of Sherbrooke as well as a bachelor degree in Common Law (Juris Doctor) from Queen’s University in Kingston. He is a Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM), a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), a Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), a Certified Financial Planner Professional (CFP) from the Financial Planner Standard Council and a Financial Planner from the “Institut Québécois de Planification Financière” (F.Pl.).
Before joining RBC Family Office Services in 2015, Richard worked in the securities industry with Canadian and American brokerage firms and with the Montreal Exchange, where he worked as a Trader, Banker, Financial Advisor, Private Advisor and Financial Planner. He also spent three years in a Montreal based law firm specialized in business law.
Richard’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans for clients.

Ana joined the financial services industry in 2006 after receiving her degree from Concordia University in Mathematics and Statistics (BA). It was there that her analytical side and attention to detail flourished and shone. Ana is passionate about sports and a devoted fan of her hometown team, the Montreal Canadiens.
As a Private Banker, Soha Morsi provides 15 years of financial services experience to high-net-worth businesses, families and organizations. Through RBC Wealth Management, Private Banking, she acts as a dedicated relationship manager for her clients and their families, who value her discretion, responsiveness and experience addressing a broad range of wealth, retirement and credit planning needs through all stages of their financial lives.
Drawing on his experience as a Financial Planner for affluent clients, Ms. Morsi and her Private Banking team collaborate with a variety of partners throughout RBC to create an environment of mutual trust and respect while maintaining the utmost discretion in working with sensitive and confidential information. As per each client's personal circumstances, she will create and deliver tailored banking packages, high-end credit vehicles and sophisticated wealth plans, liaising with RBC's own network of specialists for wealth management planning, business succession planning, estate planning and domestic and international trust structures.
Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Soha Morsi is fluent in English, French, and Arabic and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University. She has completed the financial planning designation from the Institut Quebecois de planification financier (IQPF) and holds a certificate in personal finance from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
In her spare time, Ms. Morsi believes in giving back to the community, and is a member of the Governing Board of a Sir Wilfrid Laurier Elementary School in Laval.
As a Premier Banking Advisor covering the Montreal Downtown, Uptown, McGill College, Laval and Pointe-Claire markets, Kareem works as a single point of contact, providing banking and credit solutions to RBC Wealth Management clients and their families.
Partnering with DS Investment Advisors and partners across the multiple regions he covers, he provides personalized service and tailored advice to help clients effectively manage their banking needs.
With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Kareem has quickly become a respected member of the banking community in which he works.
In the last 5 years Kareem has held various key positions within the network of RBC branches and Private Banking including that of Expert Banking Advisor. He has demonstrated leadership skills amongst his peers and the ability to provide excellent advice and customer service.
Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Kareem studied Molecular & Cellular Biology and worked in international medical equipment sales before entering the financial industry. He holds a Certificate in Business Management from HEC Montreal and a certificate in Personal Finance from the Canadian Securities Institute. He is fluent in 3 languages (French, English and Arabic)
Kareem resides in the Montreal area, he enjoys keeping up to date on all matters within the financial industry, skiing and has a great passion for cooking.
Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Michael Neudorf specialized in personal, estate and corporate planning for clients in a national law firm. In particular, Michael focused on providing tailor-made service to clients by assisting them in navigating through personal and legal issues in the most tax-efficient manner.
Michael obtained his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) in 2015 from the University of Montreal and was called to the Barreau du Quebec in 2016. Michael also holds a BA from McGill University in Political Science and History.
Michael is an active member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Association de planification fiscale et financière, the International Fiscal Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
As the Will and Estate Advisor for the Quebec region, Sabrina Silvano provides estate settlement strategies and solutions for clients and their families.
Sabrina works collaboratively with clients, their families and their trusted professionals in order to develop personalized multi-generational estate plans incorporating wills, testamentary and inter vivos trusts, and Protection Mandates. Through this process, she helps families ensure the protection of their patrimony and facilitates its smooth transfer to the next generation.
Sabrina is a highly leveraged resource to the Quebec region team providing insights and advice related to the ever changing laws on estate and trust structures. Her technical expertise complements her skill in managing the complexities of family dynamics. She brings a compassionate, expert perspective that is welcomed by families who may be struggling with the difficult decisions that often accompany estate planning, whether it’s protecting an heir with a disability, providing for children from a previous union, minimizing family conflict or dealing with beneficiaries or assets that are situated outside of Canada.
Fully bilingual, Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in North American Common Law from the University of Montreal and is a member of the Quebec Bar and gained her TEP designation in 2018.
