Branch Director
Louis Ouellette is Branch Director of Vancouver Thurlow Branch of RBC Dominion Securities. In this role he focuses on coaching his team and providing ongoing support to the branch’s Investment Advisors, Portfolio Managers and their teams. This includes addressing investment and wealth management needs to better serve our clients.
Louis began his career with RBC Dominion Securities in 1999 as an investment advisor in the Winnipeg branch. In 2001 he began his management career with roles in Calgary, New Westminster, Edmonton & Vancouver.
Louis has volunteered his time to many organizations over the years, including the Dr. Peter Center in downtown Vancouver.
Associate Branch Director & Senior Investment Advisor
I was born and raised in Vancouver, and am very proud to call it my home. I started in the investment industry in 1999 and joined the Vancouver Thurlow management team in 2008.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria, Diploma in Financial Management/Financial Planning from BCIT, and the CFP designation.
I have been married for more than 22 years and spend most of my free time skiing, fishing and travelling.
Associate Branch Director
David Fonseca, Associate Branch Director at RBC Dominion Securities, has been in the financial services industry since 1987, after he began as an Investment Advisor before moving on to hold management positions at home and abroad.
As part of the Vancouver Thurlow branch, David supports his team through leadership, coaching and supervision. Here, he’s cultivated a team mentality where one can take pride in developing relationships with colleagues, clients and outside professionals that extend beyond investment advice and wealth planning. David believes in the power of collaboration and actively engaging with other lines of business within RBC to deliver a full-suite of services tailored to the unique needs of clients of the branch.
Cindy McKibbin joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2010 and became part of Thurlow Management team in 2025. As an Associate Branch Director at Vancouver Thurlow branch, Cindy provides leadership, coaching, and supervision to support the success and growth of her team.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their spirited cat, who happily runs the household.
Branch Operations Manager
With over 28 years of experience in the financial industry, Dana has established a distinguished career here at RBC Dominion Securities. As a Branch Operations Manager for the last 23 years, Dana has demonstrated exceptional expertise in managing branch operations with a focus on delivering seamless customer experience and ensuring compliance and operational experience, among other responsibilities.
Outside of work, Dana enjoys staying active on the pickleball courts finding balance and camaraderie with friends and fellow enthusiasts. Travel is also a passion, with Dana embracing new experiences and cultures that broaden their perspective and enrich their life.
As Branch Operations Manager, Nadia brings over 20 years of experience in people leadership and talent acquisition. She partners with the business to uncover their needs and provide strategic talent advice & solutions that help fuel organizational initiatives. Nadia is passionate about the relationships with her business partners, supporting organizational growth, and the candidate & employee experience. She thrives on sparking enthusiasm and motivating teams to deliver effective, creative solutions and achieve exceptional results.
As a Branch Operations Manager with RBC Dominion Securities, Ashley brings a wealth of experience in HR and operational leadership with a diverse of background including retail, customer service and theatre management. A dedicated people leader with years of experience recruiting, talent management, coaching and mentoring high performing teams to drive organizational objectives.
On a day-to-day basis, Ashley enjoys helping develop associates to reach their potential in both their role and professionally.
Outside of work, Ashley loves to spend time on the water with her partner and 2 cats exploring the BC coast on her boat.
