Susan works is a Vice-President & Wealth Advisor and holds the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation. After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University, she joined RBC and has enjoyed a 27 year career including positions as Manager of Royal Trust, and Manager of Financial Planning. 
Susan believes a customized investment strategy works best and should be based on an individual’s specific need for capital growth, investment income and capital preservation, as well as their retirement income needs and existing tax situations. Through her professionally managed portfolios, risk is managed via a strategic diversification of asset classes between equities, fixed income and cash.
Committed to a personal approach to wealth management, Susan begins with an in-depth discovery of each client’s current situation, future goals and upcoming milestones. A firm believer in the financial planning process, her process includes an insurance analysis and estate planning through her extended team of specialists.
Susan has two children, and is an active volunteer for Lakeview Manor Nursing Home and The Friends of the Moncton Hospital. She loves the outdoors, spends winters skiing at Poley Mountain, and summers on the tennis court and her bicycle. She enjoys yoga and travel.

Tammy has 21 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry, including roles in insurance and at a full-service brokerage firm. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook course.
Tammy plays a key role on the team, helping clients with administrative inquiries, scheduling client meetings and managing the administrative side of the business. She is often the first point of contact, and client engagement and communications are her main priorities.
Married with two sons, Tammy loves the outdoors, running, skiing and canoeing. She is bilingual in French and English.

With over 22 years of financial services experience within various role at RBC, Paulette joined our team as Administrative Assistant in December 2016.

Fluent in both French and English, providing the best possible client experience has always been her top priority, and she brings a wealth of banking knowledge to the team.

Paulette’s role as Administrative Assistant is to accurately prepare client documentation, various reports and to look after a number of administrative requests and enquiries for our clients.

During the winter months, Paulette and her husband enjoy the challenges of the ski hills in Maine, USA. During the summer months, she avidly chronicles their motorcycle adventures throughout North America in the hopes that their grandchildren will read her journals and realize that grandparents CAN be cool!

Nathalie Wybouw, CPA, CA
Financial Planning Specialist RBC Wealth Management Services
Nathalie is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' In-Depth Tax Course. She has a Bachelor in Business Administration (Major in Finance), a Certificate in Accounting and a Master in Project Management.
Prior to joining RBC, Nathalie was a manager at one of the large public accounting firms. She specialized in providing tax compliance and tax planning services to individuals and their owner-managed entities.
As a Financial Planning Specialist, Nathalie's role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans.

Jason Lewis, BBA Estate Planning Specialist

Jason is an integral member of the team, helping to create, preserve and increase wealth by incorporating insurance-based solutions within comprehensive financial plans.

Specializing in estate planning, Jason applies innovative and tax-efficient solutions to a variety of wealth management issues and is skilled at simplifying their complexities. His individualized approach to personal and corporate insurance planning helps clients achieve their wealth management objectives and reach their estate and financial goals.

Beginning his financial services career in 1996, Jason joined RBC in 2006. Beforehand, he spent 10 years with a leading life insurer, focused on providing insurance solutions expertise to advisors and their teams.


Sharon Avery, LL.B. Will & Estate Consultant RBC Wealth Management Services
Sharon earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie Law School in 2006, a Bachelor of Public Relations degree from Mount Saint Vincent University (1996) and a diploma in Community Services (1986).
Before pursuing her law degree, Sharon spent over ten years in senior roles within the not-for-profit sector in the Atlantic Region managing corporate partnerships, community and individual donor relationships and media relations.
Sharon was in private practice with a large regional firm, and practiced in the areas of medical defence, health law, estate litigation, Wills, estates, and trusts prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities.
