As a Senior Portfolio Manager, I believe financial advice should encompass all aspects of your wealth, and that your wealth represents your financial, relational and personal well-being. I incorporate these beliefs into all my client interactions. I am committed to providing you with the highest level of integrated and strategic financial advice, while minimizing complexity and providing you with simplicity, convenience and peace of mind. This integrated approach is essential to ensuring that all aspects of your affairs are working in harmony to achieve optimal results.
I have been advising high net worth and business families for over 25 years. I began my career at CIBC, where I specialized in Professional Group Practice Management. Subsequently, I transitioned to an AVP/Private Banking role at Citigroup Private Bank, where I advised clients in all areas of complex wealth and portfolio management. Most recently, I worked as a Director and Senior Private Banker in the Ultra High Net Worth Group at BMO Harris Private Banking.
With respect to my educational background, I have a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major from UBC. I completed my Family Enterprise Advisory (FEA) designation through the UBC Sauder School of Business. The FEA is a program specifically designed to help entrepreneurial families build and transition their businesses and wealth. I hold the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation, the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, and have completed level 1 of the CFA.
I am a devoted mom to two children, Sienna and Connor. When I’m not helping families achieve their financial goals, I am an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys back country skiing, mountain biking, windsurfing, and spending time with my family. I am very active in the entrepreneurial community, and am a strong advocate for family businesses. I am a passionate supporter of women in business, and am active in mentoring individuals and small businesses here in Vancouver.
