My early training as a civil engineer instilled in me an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach that I apply to my discretionary portfolio management and wealth planning practice at another financial firm. Since 2007, I have helped manage wealth through both up and down markets, leveraging my disciplined investment philosophy to provide sound advice and help clients achieve their financial goals. Asking the right questions and listening with empathy, I strive to develop a deep understanding of clients to learn what is most important to them.
I earned my MBA from the London Business School in the UK and also hold the Chartered Investment Management (CIM®) designation. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, I have lived in Asia and Europe.
I now reside in Vancouver with my wife and two children and strive for a balanced life by pursuing recreational tennis, road biking and classical music. I volunteered as a Governor for St. John’s School and also served for two years as the Chair of their Board.
