Sheila offers a wealth of experience as your Portfolio Manager. A BA graduate who minored in mathematics at Simon Fraser University (1994), she has a real talent for numbers – an aptitude that has served her well in the investment industry.
Sheila joined RBC Dominion Securities in 1994 and has since completed numerous industry courses, including the Canadian Securities Course, Professional Financial Planning course, Portfolio Management Techniques and Wealth Management Techniques. In addition, she has achieved the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) and Financial Management Advisor (FMA) designations.
Sheila has also completed the rigorous academic requirements to become a Portfolio Manager and provide discretionary investment management advice to clients. This specialized service is designed for clients who require the highest level of investment management advice. She has also earned the title of Senior Portfolio Manager, a prestigious designation recognizing her long-standing success and commitment to client satisfaction and performance.
This impressive combination of education and practical experience, coupled with superior service and an outstanding work ethic, allows Sheila to excel at enabling clients to achieve their unique financial goals.
Outside of the office, Sheila enjoys spending time with her two adult sons. She spends time doing physical activities including running and hiking.
