I am delighted to celebrate my first Father’s Day with my wife, Sophie and baby, Ashton! It has been a surreal experience amid the current environment, but at the same time, we are very blessed to have him in our lives. The first two months of parenthood have certainly been challenging, as we are constantly playing a guessing game of “Is he hungry or sleepy? Do you smell something? Should I hold him upright or horizontal? Why is he still crying?”. Then when things are calm, I find myself reflecting on what it means to be a father and how I could set an example for my son. To sum up, being a dad, to me, is a dedicated, difficult and lifelong responsibility. And I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.
