Bryn Bezaire graduated from the University of Alberta with a B.A. in 2002 and with a Bachelor of Laws in 2005. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2006.
Early in her career Bryn briefly practiced family law, but for the 14 years prior to joining RBC, she practiced exclusively in the areas of Wills, estate planning, incapacity planning, estate probate, estate administration, and trusts. Her practice included advising on high net worth estates, cross border estates, and tax matters relating to estate planning, as well as making various court applications including passing of accounts, validation and rectification, and Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship matters. The majority of her Wills and estates practice took place at a boutique Wills and estates law firm and later at a mid-sized full service law firm.
Bryn has spoken at many public and private seminars on the importance of proper estate planning, including planning for incapacity and succession. For many years she was a regular speaker during Edmonton Wills Week, sponsored by the Edmonton Community Foundation.
