Branch Director
As a Branch Director with RBC Dominion Securities, Julie Brown leads the Saint John and Sussex branches, offering the best support to the advisors and their teams, so they can offer the best service to you. She prides herself on identifying opportunities and resolving challenges strategically and speedily, and always has her ear to the ground for potential efficiencies and improvements. She also focuses on recruiting and coaching staff members.
To guide the Saint John and Sussex branch staff to success, Julie draws on her expert knowledge and 15 years of experience in a number of roles at RBC Dominion Securities. A graduate of Dalhousie University, Julie is an executive board member of Sunnybrook Next Generation and has been involved in the RBC Employee Giving Campaign as an executive cabinet member and champion, providing RBCers with an opportunity to have a positive social or environmental impact in their communities.
When she’s not in the office, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, George and their two children, Colton and Minnie. They love hiking at Irving Nature Park, trying new recipes, skiing and discovering new places.
Branch Operations Manager
As a Branch Operations Manager with RBC Dominion Securities, Jennifer assists Julie Brown in supporting the Saint John and Sussex branch staff. She oversees the operations of the branch, from day-to-day operations to special initiatives.
To excel in her role, Jennifer draws on her expert knowledge and 18 years of experience, having started in banking in 2004 before moving to the wealth management industry in 2010. She is committed to delivering first-rate client experiences with courtesy, discretion and upmost professionalism.
A graduate of the New Brunswick Community College, Jennifer obtained an Administrative Assistant certificate. Devoted to continued education, she is an IIROC Registered Representative having completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) Course and the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) Course.
Jennifer has spent numerous hours in various volunteer capacities, most recently as the President of the Home & School Association and a member of the Parent School Support Committee at her daughter’s school. Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring New Brunswick.
