Prior to joining RBC in 1999, Prashant honed his expertise by working as a Canadian and U.S. tax specialist for two of the big four accounting firms in downtown Toronto.

As a Private Banker with RBC Wealth Management, Private Banking, Eddie Urquhart provides comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to high-net-worth business owners, executives, professionals and their families in Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area.
Mr. Urquhart has been in financial services for over 14 years. Prior to joining Private Banking, he was a Financial Planner with RBC Royal Bank, and worked closely with his clients in Brampton and the surrounding area to assist them in comprehensively addressing their financial affairs.
Now, working as part of a team with Private Banker Brad Jacques, Mr. Urquhart works closely with his clients to provide seamless, unparalleled banking and financial solutions for clients with often-complex banking and credit needs. As needed, he partners with specialists from across RBC to provide a complete range of complementary services, from investment management to estate and philanthropic strategies, domestic and international trust services.
Mr. Urquhart holds a bachelor of commerce degree from St. Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has also earned the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute, which gives him insight into the ongoing needs of his clients – both from a planning and a taxation perspective.
Mr. Urquhart is originally from New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, where in the past he held the title of Chess Champion for Atlantic Canada.
Joel Cuperfain, CLU, BA, LL.B, LL.M, TEP

A former tax lawyer with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Joel brings a unique perspective to the estate planning needs of his clients. Joel works closely with you and your team of professional advisors to develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to help you achieve your wealth management goals.
Joel received his BA (Economics) from Brandeis University, his LL.B from the University of Toronto and LL.M in Tax Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP). Joel is a frequent speaker at industry and professional conferences. His articles have appeared in numerous publications including the Canadian Tax Journal and the Canadian Business Law Journal. He is the founding co-editor of the leading text on tax planning with life insurance, Canadian Taxation of Life Insurance.
Robyn Solnik, LL.B, TEP

Robyn, together with your primary RBC advisor, helps you explore succession, tax, retirement and estate planning issues you face as a high-net-worth client.
Prior to joining RBC, Robyn acquired her expertise in estates, trusts and succession planning in both private practice and with a major trust company, practicing law in Toronto for 8 years with an emphasis on trusts, estates, succession, planning for incapacity and charities law, and as a will and estate consultant for a well-known Canadian trust company. In 2001, Robyn joined RBC, assisting clients with their overall tax and estate planning, and in 2011, assumed her present position, specializing in assisting high-net-worth clients with their succession, tax, retirement and estate planning.
Robyn obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall in 1991, and she was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1993. She has completed her in-depth tax courses, levels 1 and 2, as well as the Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner Managed Business Course and the Corporate Reorganizations Course. She has co-authored two books, “Drafting Wills in Ontario: A Lawyer’s Practical Guide” and “Drafting Wills in Canada: A Lawyer’s Practical Guide”.
In addition, Robyn was an instructor at the Estate and Trust Bar Admission Course at the Law Society of Upper Canada.She is an active member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has obtained the STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising.

Susan has continued to deepen her expertise and holds the IFIC accreditation while working on getting her PFP designation as a member of The Canadian Securities Institute. To further support her community, she volunteers her Hatha Yoga Educator Certification from Sheridan College for children's Yoga and Corporate Yoga.
Away from the office, Susan enjoys cooking, family time and travelling.
As a Senior Trust Advisor, Manish Gosrani is responsible for managing a complex book of accounts. He works with individuals, families and businesses throughout Toronto and the GTA to provide customized estate, trust and incapacity solutions.
Whether it is helping someone to settle an estate, establishing a trust to ensure the successful transfer of family assets, or arranging to assist with the administration and responsibilities for a Power of Attorney, Manish can help.
Manish has more than 25 years of wealth management experience in Canada and the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B), is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and is working towards his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation to further strengthen his industry knowledge and expertise.
