In June of this year, RBC rolled out a new service to replace visa concierge as we wanted to provide you with a higher level of service. Our Private Banking partners have had great feedback from several clients who utilized their services in New York, London and Paris. I have tried it myself and really appreciated the recommendations and booking convenience.
Please call to register for the Ten Lifestyle Management Concierge at 1-647-490-5515, which is a company based out of the UK, as they can provide you with complimentary tickets to the Guggenheim museum in New York, assist you with restaurant reservations, special seating at select Broadway shows, hard to obtain restaurant reservations, customizing special events, booking private jets and taking care of many lifestyle needs. They position themselves as your personal assistant and they are available 24 hours a day.

RBC Concierge that is offered through Ten Lifestyle Management includes the following:
- Hotel & travel bookings, including booking private plans, chartering yachts, customizing vacations.
- List of global hotels to book from that include extras such as room upgrades, spa, dining, and may include complimentary Wi-Fi, breakfast & valet parking.
- Customizing unique special event celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries.
- Dinner reservations, special seating at select restaurants, unique dining experiences at select restaurants.
- Booking sporting packages including golf tee-times.
- Car services – chauffer, car rentals, luxury driving experiences, etc.
- Simple requests like ordering chocolates/flowers/gifts to be delivered globally.
- Concert & Theater bookings, concert tickets can be booked through pre-sale, or through the secondary market.
- They will search for hard to find luxury items, examples include Rolexes, jewelry, purses, coins, books etc.

Please note that there is not a cost to using their service; it is complimentary with your RBC Private Banking Visa Infinite Privilege Card however they are not able to redeem your RBC rewards points to use towards any services you book through them. Carlson Wagonlit Travel Concierge is able to book travel for you using your RBC Reward points.
