Life today is very dynamic.  Information comes to us faster than ever.  Siri has all the answers.  Google does too. Do these answers make sense?  Am I the same as everyone else?   Sometimes I find myself googling a symptom and self-diagnosing, only to be reminded that I don’t have the credentials to do such a thing.  That’s why I see my doctor once a year.

How about finances?

There are many ways to achieve financial freedom.  Everybody is different. Working with a professional Certified Financial Planner can help you figure things out. Why a CFP?  The CFP designation is the gold standard in financial planning, where competence in financial planning is demonstrated through extensive education, annual continuing education requirements and accountability to the Financial Planners Standards Council Code of Ethics.

Finding a match, for both you and the planner, is the first step in establishing a commitment to work together. Financial Planning is a process.  Open communication and trust are very important to ensure the process works and your goals will be met.  It’s not about cutting back and doing things you don’t want to do to achieve something in the future. It’s about finding out what it is that you want to accomplish and working with a CFP to help you prioritize those goals and helping you achieve them while living within your means. Working with a CFP will give you a realistic review of where you are now, where you want to go, and how you get there while enjoying the journey .

It’s that simple. Tell me what you would like to accomplish financially and I will find a way for you to achieve your goal. It’s definitely worth a talk.  Feel free to reach out to me anytime for a chat.

Until next month…….enjoy the weather J
