Teresa’s career started in 2006, when she obtained both her real estate and sub-mortgage broker licenses. After kick-starting her career with a large financial corporation in the big city, the call of Vancouver Island brought her back to the Courtenay branch of RBC Bank to work with a successful mortgage team. Eventually, she moved to RBC Dominion Securities where she is currently focused on completing the CSC and CPH courses and training for the Licensed Associate position. Teresa is the main point of contact for Phil's office.
She was born in Nanaimo and has lived in the Comox Valley for 18 years. When not in the office, Teresa can be found supporting community events, running the trails, and playing at Mount Washington during the cold months. Her favorite moments are cheering her nine-year-old son on at the local soccer fields.
