With over 40 years of insurance industry experience, including a senior management position with a leading financial institution, Gerry D’Souza has worked with countless advisors and their clients, helping them enhance and protect their financial well-being. Gerry recognizes that tax-efficient, insurance-based solutions are one of the most effective ways to help clients meet their long-term financial goals.
Gerry has a Bachelor of Science degree, and has a number of professional industry designations, including the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). A strong believer in giving back to the industry, Gerry taught the Life Underwriters Association Training Course (LUATC), moderated the Field Management Seminar (FMS), served on the Advocis Board (CAIFA) and was active on the Advisory Board for the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO). Gerry’s commitment to his clients and the insurance community are a testament to his longevity and success in the industry.
As a Will & Estate Consultant, Megan Brown provides comprehensive estate planning services to clients.
Megan completed her undergraduate degree at McGill University, obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario bar in 1998. For most of the fifteen years following her call to the bar, Megan was in private practice, specializing in the areas of estate planning and administration, incapacity planning, trust planning and administration, family business succession and charities law. Megan joined RBC Wealth Management in February 2013.
Megan is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner with STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and has completed Levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Course.
Grant Henri, CFP, PFP, F.Pl., TEP

Grant attended Concordia University in Montreal where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1992. He holds three financial planning designations, a Specialist designation from the Trust Institute, and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Grant has completed the in-depth tax program with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (Levels I, II and III).
Grant has over 25 years of progressive experience in various roles within the financial services field. In addition to his work with RBC Wealth Management, he is currently teaching Tax and Estate Planning courses for the Institut Québecois de Planification Financière to support the continuing education requirements of financial planners in the province of Quebec. Grant has also provided support to the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a subject matter expert and has taught financial planning courses at George Brown College in Toronto.
Rebecca has been working in a financial planning capacity since 1999 and brings to her role much care in helping clients meet their goals. She has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from Trent University and has maintained an ongoing commitment to continued learning in the areas of tax, estate and business owner planning.
Rebecca holds the Certified Financial Planner designation from the Financial Planning Standards Council of Canada and has completed the Professional Financial Planner and Canadian Securities Courses. She is registered as a Full Life Agent with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Rebecca has also taught retirement planning at George Brown College in Toronto.
Rebecca works extensively with high net worth clients including business owners, executives and professionals and has considerable expertise with more advanced tax and estate planning strategies.
Leigh is a valuable member of your advisor’s team, helping to protect & transfer wealth using a variety of insurance solutions. Along with her excellent communication skills & attention to detail, she takes a client-centric approach to understand the need prior to recommendations.
Leigh’s insurance career began in 1993 and prior to joining RBC, she worked with the largest life carrier in Canada where she specialized in disability and critical illness insurance.
In addition to her Certified Health Specialist (CHS) designation, Leigh has continued her education with CPCA (Certified Professional Consultant on Aging) and EPC (Elder Planning Counselor).
Leigh lives in Mississauga and has 2 sons. She enjoys sports & the arts and is active with local charities in a volunteer capacity.
As a Risk Assessment Insurance Specialist, Loveena is dedicated to helping individuals protect and preserve their wealth, possessions and lifestyle. Focusing on the West Toronto Region, she takes diligent steps to understand your clients and develop a tailor-made strategy to help mitigate their risk.
Prior to joining RBC Private Insurance, Loveena spent more than a decade working in the insurance industry. In 2008 she was a Senior Insurance Advisor for North America’s largest insurance broker, HUB International. In 2015 she became a Client Executive for a boutique private insurance brokerage, Jones Brown. Throughout her career, Loveena has achieved the highest status of sales and service awards.
Loveena holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Certified Risk Management (CRM) designation with the Insurance Institute of Canada.
