Joseph graduated from Carleton University in 1988 and from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 1991. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993.
He is an Associate Member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Member of the Carleton County Law Association.
Prior to joining RBC, he practised estate planning in private practice and served as Will & Estate Consultant with Royal Trust Corporation.
He was an instructor for the Ontario Bar Admission Course in Estate Planning and Administration and has been an instructor at the University of Ottawa Law School since 2003 teaching the Will & Estate course.

Le Anh's goal is to help her clients navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence. Drawing on her experience at RBC's retail branch network-most recently as a Financial Advisor-Le Anh brings both technical expertise and a deep commitment to relationship-building. Born in Vietnam, Le Anh moved to Canada eight years ago and has since called both Toronto and Ottawa home. Her multicultural background and personal journey have shaped a thoughtful, empathetic approach to client service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, allowing her to support a diverse range of clients and communities. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys creating and testing new recipes, and spending quality time with her husband and their two beloved cats.
