Brad became a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner after graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1992 both as an advisor and as a financial planner and he brings extensive expertise and experience to help professionals, business owners and other high net worth individuals with their financial planning needs.
Brad’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting you with a comprehensive Compass Financial Plan and to help identify and address any financial planning concerns or opportunities you may have.
Nicole Todosichuk, B.Comm., LL.B, TEP

Nicole received her Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Dean’s List) in 1991 and her Bachelor of Law degree in 1999 from the University of British Columbia.
She clerked at the British Columbia Supreme Court from 1999 to 2000 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2000. Nicole has also completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-depth Tax Course.
Prior to joining RBC, Nicole practised law for ten years in downtown Vancouver, first at a national law firm and then at a boutique tax and trust law firm. Nicole’s practice focused on the implementation of tax and estate plans, Wills, domestic and offshore trusts, charities and business succession. Nicole is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts Section and Charities Section. Nicole’s significant practical experience in estate planning allows her to offer valuable guidance in the development of your estate plan.
Stephen Miziolek, CLU

Stephen began practicing in the financial services industry in 1982 and held various client advisory and senior management roles prior to joining RBC in 2016. Supported by his designation as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and his passion for people, he is best known for the level of attention provided to fully understand client wishes. As a result Stephen is able to provide a holistic assessment to your unique wealth management needs.
With a focus on assisting you secure existing wealth, increase your net worth and reduce the impact of estate taxation, Stephen helps ensure a comprehensive plan is put in place. He recommends creative, tax-exempt insurance solutions to address your ongoing needs and will readily partner with your other trusted professionals.
Stephen lives in Kelowna with his wife Mel and their dogs Teddy and Buster. They enjoy the simple things in life such as golf, travel and a good cup of tea.
Jessica Dhami

With 6 years of experience in the financial services at RBC, Jessica is respected by her clients, her peers and the industry and has received top performer recognition. She has sought to develop her skills to offer best in class client experience and advice which sets her apart.
Born and raised in Victoria, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, major in Canadian Studies and International Relations from the University of British Columbia. She is committed to giving back to her community through volunteering with the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Breast Foundation, Kelowna General Hospital Foundation, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club and Elementary Schools in School District 23.
Jessica currently resides in Kelowna with her family but has lived in various places across B.C. When she is not hard at work for her clients, Jessica loves to read, cook and walk her dog, Winston. She also likes to travel with her family.
