Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, we had our 3-day team retreat at the Tuscan Farm Gardens in Abbotsford, BC. We had intensive brainstorming sessions focusing on one question: what can we do for our clients to enhance their financial well-being?

 

It was a surprisingly awakening team bonding session at Anam Cara Farm situated in Mt. Lehman. We learned about our mutual passion in supporting each other and making a positive impact in our clients’ lives.

 

In the past three days, we exchanged ideas and visions on how to achieve excellence as a team. As a team leader, I shared my precise business plan for the next 8 years with a focus on achieving AA client experience. I aim to develop each of my team members to become the best version of themselves. We all came with an open mind, and left with a renewed purpose as one bonded team.

 

We pledged to our team’s eight core values: Teamwork, Health, Trust, Communication, Excellence, Security, Integrity and Open-Mindedness.
